Nissan has unveiled the mid-cycle refresh of its three-row Pathfinder SUV. The updated model will make its public debut at the Los Angeles Auto Show later this November.
While not an all-new generation, this mid-life update introduces notable design refinements. The SUV features revised front and rear bumpers, lending a sharper aesthetic, while the front logo adopts a modern matte finish. Nissan also introduces a new Baltic Teal paint option, enhancing the vehicle’s standout presence in the lineup.
The premium Platinum trim boasts new 20-inch alloy wheels, diamond-quilted leather seating, and refined wood-tone accents throughout the cabin. Additionally, the roof rails on higher trims now come in black, replacing the previous silver finish for a sportier, more luxurious appearance.
The cabin receives subtle updates, including a redesigned dashboard and an expanded infotainment screen. All trims feature a 12.3-inch touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a significant upgrade from the previous 9-inch display. Starting from the SL trim, a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster becomes standard.
A new 15W wireless charger with active cooling and magnetic alignment ensures devices stay securely in place during use.
Notably, the 360-degree camera system now upgrades to HD resolution with an “Invisible Hood View” feature, offering a simulated under-hood perspective. This proves invaluable for precise maneuvers like tight parking or curb climbing.
Powering the 2026 Nissan Pathfinder is the familiar 3.5L V6 engine, delivering 284 hp (288 PS) and 351 Nm of torque, paired with a 9-speed automatic transmission. The intelligent 4×4 system with seven drive modes remains, catering to both on-road and off-road needs.
The Rock Creek variant continues to cater to adventure enthusiasts with all-terrain tires, specialized suspension, and red-accented interiors. Nissan also introduces the Rock Creek Premium Package, adding features like a panoramic sunroof and heated steering wheel.
The 2026 Nissan Pathfinder is scheduled to arrive at dealerships starting early 2026.
