- Tools: flashlight, lighter, hammer.
- Cooking utensils: stove, kettle, pan, knife, scissors, bowls, and cutlery.
- Food and water: Water is crucial; bring as much as possible.
- Personal items: mosquito repellent, sunscreen, sanitizer, and wipes.
- First aid kit: bandages, gauze, antiseptic, fever reducers, and stomachache medication.

Next, I check the engine oil and coolant. I typically change the oil earlier than scheduled before long trips to ensure a smooth journey.

The 40km drive to the campsite isn’t too long, but it’s enough to fully enjoy the journey. Solo driving allows me to choose my route freely, a liberty that group trips rarely offer. This is the joy of solo travel—a freedom that’s hard to find with companions.
Regular maintenance is key to a smooth journey. Using Castrol MAGNATEC oil, I feel the engine’s smoothness and efficiency. Acceleration is seamless, and the engine operates quietly, providing peace of mind during the trip.
