VinFast Partners with 5 Leading Companies to Elevate After-Sales Service Quality

This milestone marks a significant step in VinFast’s strategy to build a comprehensive after-sales service ecosystem for electric vehicles in Indonesia. It aims to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sustainable mobility across the archipelago.

Under the MOU with VinFast and Goodyear Indonesia, Goodyear will supply tires for VinFast’s electric vehicle models and collaborate on regular maintenance and inspection programs at Goodyear’s service centers. Leveraging its extensive Autocare network, Goodyear will enhance service coverage and optimize vehicle performance, ensuring peace of mind for VinFast customers.

Meanwhile, Dunlop and VinFast will jointly develop multi-functional service centers by certifying Dunlop Shops as authorized VinFast service workshops in Indonesia. These centers will offer a full range of services, including electric vehicle maintenance, software updates, tire replacements, charging station installation and maintenance, and comprehensive vehicle care. Dunlop’s vast service network ensures customers can access high-quality services nationwide.

Similarly, the MOU with Denso designates Denso Sales Indonesia’s workshops as authorized VinFast service centers. Denso will provide repairs, maintenance, and vehicle care services adhering to international standards, alongside technician training and technology transfer to ensure consistent service quality across the network. Denso’s widespread presence will play a crucial role in enhancing VinFast’s service capacity and response speed.

CARfix will offer a complete after-sales service package for VinFast customers, including routine maintenance, oil changes, engine tuning, wheel alignment, diagnostics, and general repairs. All services will be performed by VinFast-certified technicians, ensuring professional and reliable support across Indonesia.

Under the agreement with VinFast, Scuto Paint, part of the Scuto Group, will become VinFast’s official partner in Indonesia, responsible for body repairs and painting across all VinFast models. Scuto’s network in major cities, combined with certified technicians and advanced equipment, guarantees reliable repair services for VinFast customers.

These MOUs further strengthen VinFast Indonesia’s after-sales network, already distinguished by its industry-leading warranty policy, resale value guarantee program, and transparent, efficient service standards. VinFast’s service network spans key locations such as Jakarta, Surabaya, Bali, and other strategic areas, offering consistent and superior customer experiences. This collaboration underscores VinFast’s commitment to promoting green and sustainable mobility solutions in Indonesia and Southeast Asia.
