TMT Motors has unveiled detailed specifications for the Nano S05, a compact electric vehicle set to be assembled in Vietnam in the near future.
The Nano S05 will be available in two variants: a fixed battery version and a removable battery version. The fixed battery model is designed for short urban commutes, offering a range of approximately 120 km.
Meanwhile, the removable battery version extends the range to around 150 km, allowing users to bring the battery indoors for charging. This solution is ideal for households in compact apartments, townhouses, or areas without dedicated parking spaces equipped with charging stations. The vehicle features an additional battery slot for carrying a spare battery when needed. Both versions utilize the CCS2 charging standard, compatible with most domestic charging stations.
The Nano S05 measures 2,280 mm in length, 1,290 mm in width, and 1,590 mm in height. It features a two-seat configuration, three doors (two side doors and one rear door), and a design optimized for urban use.
The front of the vehicle is designed with a short overhang to enhance visibility, complemented by a large windshield and wipers. It is equipped with LED lighting, daytime running lights, and 13-inch wheels with 155/65 tires.
The Nano S05’s cabin is minimalist, featuring a 5-inch color display that shows essential driving information such as battery level, speed, and driving mode. While there is no central infotainment screen, the cabin includes USB ports and a smartphone holder.
Although TMT Motors has not yet announced the official launch date or pricing, the Nano S05 is part of the company’s strategy to expand its product lineup for urban customers, particularly in response to the growing trend of electric mobility.
