VinFast Launches 350th Service Workshop – Now Boasting Vietnam’s Largest After-Sales Network

With 350 existing workshops and aiming for 400 by year-end, VinFast boasts Vietnam’s largest customer care network in the automotive industry.

VinFast’s 350th auto repair and maintenance workshop, located at the VinFast Loc Linh 3S Dealership (Tu Son, Bac Ninh), spans 4,500 m². It meets global 3S standards and VinFast’s stringent requirements. The facility is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, including advanced diagnostic tools, 3D wheel alignment systems, brake force testers, and eco-friendly water-based paint lines.

Capable of servicing 80-100 vehicles daily, the VinFast Loc Linh workshop not only meets current customer demands but is also poised to support future growth as VinFast’s vehicle sales continue to rise.

The inauguration of the 350th workshop highlights VinFast’s impressive network expansion over the past year. From 200 workshops at the end of 2024, VinFast is on track to reach 400 nationwide by year-end, ensuring comprehensive service for all customer needs, from routine maintenance to advanced repairs.

Notably, many of VinFast’s 350 operational workshops and showrooms have been converted from facilities previously servicing internal combustion engine vehicles of foreign brands. This shift underscores the strong transition from gasoline to electric vehicles in Vietnam and reflects the trust and commitment of dealership partners in VinFast and the future of electric mobility.

VinFast also leads with cash compensation for repair delays and provides replacement batteries or vehicles during major repairs, such as battery or motor replacements.
