On November 29, 2025, Tasco Auto Joint Stock Company and Esky (Sky Energy Investment Trading Service Joint Stock Company) signed a Memorandum of Understanding to collaborate on building and operating a nationwide fast-charging network for electric vehicles. In the initial phase, the two companies will jointly develop over 50 DC fast-charging stations at Tasco Auto showrooms across Vietnam, starting in Q1 2026. In subsequent phases, Tasco Auto aims to equip its entire showroom network with these charging stations.

Tasco Auto views charging infrastructure development as a critical pillar in its smart mobility ecosystem, encompassing vehicle distribution, after-sales services, and clean energy provision for customers. The partnership between Vietnam’s largest auto distributor, Tasco Auto, and Esky will enhance accessibility to fast-charging stations, accelerate the transition to electric vehicles, and foster a sustainable green transportation ecosystem.
As part of this strategic collaboration, electric vehicle customers of brands distributed by Tasco Auto will enjoy a 35% discount on charging fees compared to other brands.

Tasco Auto, a subsidiary of Tasco Group, held a 13.7% market share as of November 2025, operating 160 showrooms nationwide. The company officially distributes 16 automotive brands, including Lotus, Volvo, Zeekr, Lynk & Co, Geely, Toyota, Ford, Mitsubishi, and Hyundai. Tasco is also a pioneer in electronic toll collection (ETC) through its subsidiary VETC, which holds a 75% market share with 126 stations, 711 toll lanes, and serves 4 million vehicle owners, processing approximately 1.8 million transactions daily.

Meanwhile, Esky has deployed over 300 fast-charging stations across Vietnam as of November 2025, strategically located in urban areas, resorts, hotels, shopping centers, and rest stops nationwide.
