Recently, Kia unveiled the first teaser images of the new-generation Seltos, confirming the urban SUV’s global debut on December 10th.

Following the brand’s new design direction, the 2026 Seltos embraces the “Opposites United” philosophy, a style now prevalent across Kia’s core lineup. The new generation features sharp lines, a robust body, and large exterior panels, enhancing its bold and modern aesthetic.

The front fascia captivates with its “Star Map” daytime running lights, while the rear lights incorporate graphic elements in both horizontal and vertical orientations for a cohesive rear view. The vehicle also boasts hidden door handles and minimalist details inspired by Kia’s electric vehicles, improving aerodynamics and premium appeal.

Kia announced that the new-generation Seltos will offer expanded exterior color options and two special editions: the off-road-inspired X-Line and the sporty GT-Line. These additions aim to better cater to personalized preferences across diverse markets.

Technical specifications and detailed features of the new Kia Seltos will be revealed during the global launch event on December 10th, streaming live on Kia’s official YouTube channel.
