Toyota Unveils the Yaris Cross NightShade Special Edition for Southeast Asia

Compared to the standard model, the Yaris Cross NightShade boasts a more aggressive exterior package with numerous black accents and an exclusive paint color.

The most noticeable change is the new Metro Stylish grille, featuring a seamless plastic panel integrating the Toyota logo, paired with sharp LED headlights and a large lower air intake.

The NightShade edition’s exterior is further enhanced with black accents on the front and rear bumpers, 18-inch wheels, side mirrors, fog light bezels, window trim, roof rails, and spoiler. The roof is finished in black, contrasting with the exclusive Cement Grey Metallic paint.

The Toyota Yaris Cross NightShade’s interior continues the dark theme. The seats are upholstered in synthetic leather, while the steering wheel, center console, and gear shift are wrapped in genuine leather. As the top-tier variant in Thailand, it comes loaded with features such as a panoramic sunroof, wireless charging, a 10.1-inch infotainment screen, power tailgate, and Toyota Safety Sense.

Powering the Toyota Yaris Cross NightShade is a PHEV powertrain combining a 1.5L gasoline engine with an electric motor and a 0.7 kWh battery, delivering a total output of 111 horsepower and 141 Nm of torque. Power is sent to the front wheels via an E-CVT transmission. Toyota has retained the same powertrain and suspension setup as the existing Yaris Cross HEV models.

The Toyota Yaris Cross NightShade starts at 919,000 baht (approximately 745 million VND), positioning it as the flagship variant of the lineup in Thailand.
