Green SM, Indonesia’s first all-electric ride-hailing service, has been named among the Top 10 Road Transportation Brands at the 2025 Disway Awards.

This recognition highlights the growing acceptance of electric mobility solutions in Indonesia and solidifies Green SM’s position as a sustainable leader in urban transportation ecosystems.

Organized by Disway Group, one of Indonesia’s largest media networks, the Disway Awards honor trusted brands with significant market presence across over 50 industries. The 2025 results are based on a large-scale survey conducted by Disway in collaboration with Infovesta, a reputable research and data analytics institute. Over 19,000 working-age participants from 20 major cities contributed to the survey, providing a comprehensive overview of consumer brand recognition and trust.

Since its market entry, Green SM has focused on delivering safe, reliable, and accessible transportation solutions. The service operates in Jakarta, Bekasi, Makassar, and Surabaya, maintaining a consistent model with VinFast electric vehicles, professionally trained drivers, and transparent pricing. This strategy has made Green SM a trusted choice for office workers, families, and short city trips, setting new standards in road transportation.

Consistent service reliability has strengthened user trust, even during peak hours or high-demand periods. In Jakarta, Green SM has completed over 39 million kilometers of green travel, reducing carbon emissions by approximately 7,600 tons. While sustainability was not initially a primary driver for passengers, the smooth and quiet experience has become a key factor in their continued loyalty.

Deny Tjia, CEO of Green SM Indonesia, stated, “This award is a powerful affirmation that Green SM’s values align with the real needs of Indonesians: a reliable, accessible, and user-centric transportation service. We deeply appreciate this trust and are committed to enhancing service quality, supporting our drivers, and expanding opportunities for more Indonesians to experience the convenience and peace of mind of electric travel.”

Tomy Gutomo, Director of Disway National Network, added, “The awards are based on a survey conducted by Disway National Network and Infovesta across 19 cities. The honored brands, including Green SM, have earned public trust through their consistent performance.”
