BYD Vietnam Unveils “BYD 102 Festival” Event Series

This event marks the beginning of a partnership between BYD, Grab, VPBank, Shinhan Bank, and EV charging partners such as EV Power and BitCharge. The collaboration aims to deliver tangible, practical, and sustainable value to both ride-hailing drivers and customers interested in new energy vehicles.

The launch in Ho Chi Minh City marks the first-ever four-way alliance in Vietnam among new energy vehicles, finance, and ride-hailing technology. This partnership model reflects the maturity of the new energy vehicle market and offers businesses an opportunity to share technology platforms, services, and support policies, ultimately reducing ownership and operational costs for users.

The event space was designed as a “full-experience festival,” offering attendees access to the year’s best deals. In the exhibition area, BYD Vietnam showcased its strategic vehicle models and, in collaboration with Grab, announced an attractive driver support policy. This includes guaranteed monthly earnings of up to VND 42 million, 39% Eboost and 20% Charge+ charging discounts, and opportunities to upgrade to GrabCar Plus. These solutions are built on practicality and financial security, helping drivers sustainably increase income amid the transportation sector’s rapid shift to green energy.

The event also featured exclusive on-site perks, including Flash Sales, trade-in programs, lucky draws, and competitive loan packages from VPBank and Shinhan Bank. Customers can access loans covering up to 85% of the vehicle’s value, with terms up to 96 months and interest rates starting at 7.3% per annum—a rare financial support offer in today’s market.

For BYD M6 buyers, BYD Vietnam offers a valuable gift package including the BYD App, free charging vouchers, genuine floor mats, a wall-mounted charger with free installation, a portable charger with power adapter, and an 8-year or 500,000 km battery warranty (terms apply).

Following the event, attendees could test-drive BYD’s latest models. This hands-on experience allowed customers to directly assess performance, safety technology, and practicality—key factors in choosing a vehicle for work or family use.

After Ho Chi Minh City, the “102 Festival” will move to Hanoi on December 23rd. The event is free and open to all attendees.
