Months after its global debut, the Lamborghini Temerario has been involved in a severe accident, marking the first major incident for the model.
The affected vehicle was a test-drive unit from Lamborghini Edinburgh, one of the first Temerarios introduced to the UK market. On-site images reveal extensive damage to the front end, with significant deformation and deployed airbags following a collision with a roadside barrier.
While official details remain pending, local sources suggest the driver may have lost control on a slippery surface. This incident underscores the challenges of handling high-performance vehicles in adverse conditions.
The Lamborghini Temerario represents a pivotal shift for the brand, retiring the naturally aspirated V10 engine of the Huracan in favor of a new 4.0L twin-turbo V8. This powertrain delivers 800 hp and 730 Nm of torque, paired with three electric motors for a combined output of 920 hp.
Lamborghini claims a 0–100 km/h sprint in 2.7 seconds and a top speed of 343 km/h. This hybrid system positions the Temerario as a flagship of the brand’s electrification strategy.
In Vietnam, the Lamborghini Temerario starts at approximately VND 19.6 billion, excluding customization options. Its domestic launch is slated for 2026, further expanding Lamborghini’s electrified lineup.
