A group of supercar enthusiasts from Ho Chi Minh City recently embarked on a thrilling New Year’s road trip to Lam Dong Province. Their convoy featured five sleek two-door vehicles, with four of them sporting a striking blue hue and the fifth showcasing a bold red-and-white combination.
Among the lineup were three Ferrari supercars, including the Roma—a 2+2 coupe model with nearly 10 units in Vietnam. Finished in blue, this powerhouse is equipped with a twin-turbocharged 3.9-liter V8 engine, delivering a maximum output of 620 horsepower and 760 Nm of peak torque. The Ferrari Roma pairs this engine with an 8-speed dual-clutch transmission and a distinctive square key, reminiscent of the Ferrari SF90 Stradale.
These features enable the nearly 1.5-ton, four-seater Ferrari Roma to sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.4 seconds, followed by an additional 5.9 seconds to reach 200 km/h. Its top speed exceeds 320 km/h, making it a true performance marvel.
The remaining two Ferraris were 296 GTS models, the convertible variant of the 296 GTB. Featuring a three-piece hardtop design, this model offers an exhilarating driving experience, with over 10 units officially imported into Vietnam, several in blue. The 296 GTS retains the coupe’s twin-turbocharged 2.9-liter V6 engine, producing 654 horsepower and 425 Nm of torque.
An electric motor positioned between the internal combustion engine and the 8-speed transmission adds 164 horsepower and 315 Nm of torque. Thanks to its plug-in hybrid system, the Ferrari 296 GTS delivers a combined output of 818 horsepower and 740 Nm of torque, rocketing from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.9 seconds and reaching a top speed of 330 km/h.

The convoy also included a Maserati MC20 and a two-tone white-and-red Porsche 911, both joining the journey from Ho Chi Minh City to Da Lat to embrace the crisp spring air of the Central Highlands in early 2026.
