To solidify its position as the best-selling car of the year, VinFast is set to launch the VF 3 Plus variant, featuring a host of upgraded amenities.

According to dealership sources, this mini electric SUV is soon to introduce a Plus (Enhanced) version, priced at approximately 315 million VND. While VinFast has yet to officially confirm, detailed documentation from the distribution network suggests the launch is imminent.

Priced 13 million VND higher than the current Eco model, the VinFast VF 3 Plus addresses key equipment shortcomings that users often upgrade post-purchase. In addition to Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, the Plus variant includes wheel caps, a reverse camera, and notably, power-adjustable and foldable side mirrors. These essential features significantly enhance the driving experience and convenience in tight urban traffic conditions.

In the aftermarket, upgrading to electric folding mirrors and a reverse camera for the VF 3 typically costs owners between 5 to 10 million VND, depending on quality. Thus, the 13 million VND price difference is deemed entirely reasonable by experts. Opting for genuine accessories ensures perfect compatibility with the vehicle’s electrical system and safeguards warranty coverage, avoiding risks associated with third-party modifications.

Beyond these convenience enhancements, the Plus variant retains the core technical specifications. It features a 30kW electric motor delivering 40 horsepower, paired with an 18.64kWh LFP battery. This setup enables a range of approximately 215 km on a full charge and supports fast charging from 10% to 70% in just 36 minutes.

The introduction of this new variant is a strategic move by VinFast to maintain the VF 3’s market dominance. As of November 2025, the model achieved a record-breaking 40,660 units sold, leading the market. With the more feature-rich Plus version, the VinFast VF 3 is poised to become Vietnam’s top-selling car of the year.
