Recently, a Rolls-Royce Cullinan Series II ultra-luxury SUV was spotted cruising the streets of Hanoi. This is one of the very first units of this model to appear in the Vietnamese market, marking a significant arrival for automotive enthusiasts.
Despite its discreet arrival, the vehicle’s prestige is undeniable, as evidenced by its white license plate—a status symbol achieved by settling all associated fees, with an estimated cost exceeding 50 billion VND, a staggering figure.

The SUV’s license plate, featuring a repeating “lộc phát” (lucky prosperity) pattern, was valued at 920 million VND, further showcasing the owner’s willingness to invest in exclusivity. The exterior of this Rolls-Royce Cullinan Series II is finished in a sleek black hue.
First introduced in 2018, the Rolls-Royce Cullinan is the British marque’s inaugural high-end SUV. After four years, the model received a mid-life update last year, and now, this upgraded version has made its way to Vietnam through an independent importer. The Hanoi-based entrepreneur’s Cullinan Series II boasts notable enhancements in both exterior and interior design.

Dubbed the Rolls-Royce Cullinan II, this ultra-luxury SUV features subtle yet impactful updates compared to its predecessor. The most striking change is the new “V”-shaped LED daytime running lights, which elegantly frame the horizontal headlights. According to Rolls-Royce, these LEDs draw inspiration from the towering skyscrapers of modern cities.
Additional exterior enhancements include a redesigned front bumper and a radiator grille integrated with hidden LED lights—a first for the Cullinan lineup. Another standout feature is the 23-inch alloy wheels and the exclusive Emperador Truffle brown exterior paint. The remainder of the exterior retains the timeless elegance of the original design.
Inside, the cabin introduces a digital instrument cluster reminiscent of the Rolls-Royce Spectre EV. Below the display sits a miniature Spirit of Ecstasy emblem, a nod to the brand’s iconic mascot. Powering this masterpiece is a twin-turbocharged 6.75L V12 engine, delivering a formidable 563 horsepower.
