The Mitsubishi Destinator, a new mid-size SUV, debuted in the Vietnamese market in December 2025 with two variants priced between VND 780 million and VND 855 million. During its launch, the vehicle was offered at a discounted rate ranging from VND 739 million to VND 808 million.
However, by January 2026, dealership prices for the Mitsubishi Destinator had increased compared to the previous month. The Premium version is now priced at VND 745 million, while the Ultimate version is available for VND 820 million. This means the actual selling price is only VND 35 million less than the listed price for both variants.
The Mitsubishi Destinator is not the only model experiencing reduced promotions in Vietnam during January 2026. Other vehicles like the Toyota Vios, Toyota Veloz Cross, Toyota Avanza Premio, and Honda City have also seen similar adjustments.
In addition to the Destinator, Mitsubishi is offering promotions on other models in Vietnam. For instance, the new Mitsubishi Xpander comes with a 100% registration fee waiver on the AT Premium and Cross variants, valued at VND 66 million and VND 70 million, respectively.
The older Mitsubishi Xpander AT variant includes a 100% registration fee waiver worth VND 60 million, one year of physical insurance (VND 8 million), and a VND 20 million fuel voucher. The total incentive for this variant amounts to VND 88 million.
The Mitsubishi Xforce offers a 50% registration fee waiver on the Premium variant, along with one year of physical insurance valued at VND 10 million. The total incentive for this compact SUV is VND 44 million. Meanwhile, the GLX and Ultimate variants of the Xforce receive a 100% registration fee waiver, equivalent to VND 60-70 million.
For the Mitsubishi Attrage, the company provides a 100% registration fee waiver for the MT and CVT Premium variants, valued between VND 38 million and VND 49 million. The CVT variant does not have any official promotions this month.
Similarly, the Mitsubishi Triton enjoys a 100% registration fee waiver in January 2026, allowing customers to save between VND 40 million and VND 56 million.
