On the VF 9 user forum, Mr. Nguyễn Thanh Hải, a Hanoi-based entrepreneur and early adopter since 2023, expressed his continued satisfaction with VinFast’s E-segment electric SUV.
“I’ve driven the VF 9 and haven’t found any car that matches it, even some 4 billion VND luxury vehicles. Having previously driven German cars, I find the VF 9 incredibly cost-effective compared to gasoline cars, yet it offers a luxurious driving experience,” said Mr. Thanh Hải.
According to him, VinFast’s flagship SUV boasts over 400 horsepower and a range of “business class” features typically found in luxury cars, such as soft-close doors, power-adjustable seats, optional captain’s chairs with leg rests, multi-mode massage, and a foldable worktable.
From the perspective of a car review expert and VF 9 owner, Mr. Trịnh Lê Hùng (AutoDaily channel) noted that the VF 9’s suspension system and chassis safety rival those of much more expensive European vehicles.
Furthermore, what makes the VinFast VF 9 “worth every penny” is its after-sales service. Mr. Hùng praised VinFast’s customer care, particularly the 10-year or 200,000 km battery warranty. Additional perks include a 24/7 dedicated hotline and priority service at Vietnam’s largest service network, delivering a 5-star experience unmatched by most competitors.
