To welcome the new year 2026, THACO continues its official discount program for Mazda models currently available in the Vietnamese market. The featured models for January 2026 include familiar names such as the Mazda CX-5, CX-30, CX-3, and Mazda2.

Specifically, the Mazda CX-5 continues to see a starting price reduction to 709 million VND, a 40 million VND decrease from its listed price. At this price point, the CX-5 is one of the most affordable options in the mid-size SUV segment in Vietnam.

Affordability, combined with its appealing design and rich features, is the key to the Mazda CX-5’s success. According to THACO, in December 2025, this mid-size SUV achieved sales of 2,596 units, leading both its segment and the Mazda family. Notably, this marks the first time the Mazda CX-5 has sold over 2,000 units in a single year (2025).

Compared to the previous month, the Mazda CX-5’s sales in December 2025 grew by 46.9%. This figure brings the total sales for 2025 to 17,262 units, securing the Mazda CX-5’s position in the top 10 best-selling cars in the Vietnamese market.

Following closely is the Mazda CX-30, priced at just 679 million VND, a 20 million VND discount. Similarly, the Mazda CX-3 also receives a 20 million VND reduction, now starting at 529 million VND.

The Mazda model with the highest discount in January 2026 is the CX-8, which sees a 50 million VND price cut, lowering its starting price to 944 million VND. This makes the CX-8 the most affordable full-size SUV in the Vietnamese market.

Meanwhile, the Mazda2 Sedan is offered at a starting price of just 403 million VND in January 2026, a 15 million VND reduction. This pricing gives the Mazda2 a competitive edge in Vietnam’s B-segment sedan market.

In 2025, Mazda recorded sales exceeding 32,000 units. Besides the CX-5, the Mazda3 also topped its segment in sales.

For 2026, Mazda plans to launch three new models in Vietnam: the third-generation CX-5, CX-60, and CX-90. The new Mazda CX-5 is expected to continue assembly in Vietnam, while the CX-60 and CX-90 will be imported as fully built units.

The Mazda CX-90 will be available in Vietnam starting April 2026.
