At the 2025 Tech Awards (January 8, 2026), Xanh SM outperformed numerous prominent tech brands and popular ride-hailing apps to lead in two categories: “Vietnamese Technology Brand of the Year” and “Outstanding Ride-Hailing App.”
Specifically, for the “Vietnamese Technology Brand of the Year” award, Xanh SM was highly praised by the expert panel and user community for its ability to create a smart, sustainable mobility ecosystem. In the “Outstanding Ride-Hailing App” category, Xanh SM impressed with its robust design, stable platform, transparency, and adaptability in rapidly scaling across diverse markets.
In addition to its success at the 2025 Tech Awards, Xanh SM was also recognized at the 2025 CXP Best Customer Experience Awards, a prestigious regional award in Asia-Pacific focused on customer experience. Unlike evaluations centered on individual products or features, CXP emphasizes consistent organizational and operational capabilities across multinational markets.
