On January 26, 2026, VinFast announced that it had sold a total of 406,453 electric motorbikes in Vietnam during 2025, officially securing the number one market share in the electric motorbike segment.

With the most diverse product range, including over 10 mainstream models across all segments, coupled with flexible charging and battery-swapping solutions, VinFast has eliminated customer hesitations, making electric motorbikes the top choice for Vietnamese consumers. This is evident in the record-breaking sales performance in 2025, achieving a 473% growth compared to 2024.

The Evo series, with its diverse pricing options and flexible 1-battery and 2-battery configurations, became Vietnam’s best-selling electric motorbike in 2025, delivering over 250,000 units to customers. Additionally, models like Feliz, Klara, Vento, Vero X, Theon, and license-free options such as Motio, Zgoo, and Flazz significantly contributed to VinFast’s overall electric motorbike success in 2025.

Beyond product excellence and diversity, VinFast’s record-breaking 2025 electric motorbike sales were driven by a robust investment strategy in infrastructure, systems, and an expanded dealership network. Over 600 authorized distributors nationwide played a crucial role in bringing VinFast electric motorbikes to a broader consumer base.

Furthermore, the widespread deployment of service workshops and public charging stations has instilled confidence and convenience for customers throughout their ownership experience. Attractive sales policies, post-sales support, and regular gasoline-to-electric bike exchange programs have also significantly motivated customers to choose VinFast electric motorbikes.

Mr. Hoàng Hà, CEO of VinFast Electric Motorbikes in Vietnam, stated: “2025 marks a pivotal year in Vietnam’s green transportation transition, as evidenced by VinFast’s record-breaking sales. With the market’s strong momentum, VinFast’s established reputation and quality, and our upcoming breakthrough plans, I am confident that 2026 will be an even more remarkable year for VinFast and the future of green mobility in Vietnam.”

The simultaneous leadership of VinFast’s electric motorbikes and electric cars in Vietnam’s 2025 automotive market underscores the shift from gasoline to electric vehicles. This milestone solidifies VinFast’s market reputation and readiness for the next phase of explosive growth.

To meet diverse customer needs, VinFast launched four new electric motorbike models in early 2026, including the first three battery-swappable models—Evo, Feliz II, and Viper—along with the pedal-integrated Amio designed for students. Accompanying this launch is a network of 4,500 battery-swapping stations, with plans to complete 45,000 swapping cabinets by Q1/2026 to serve customers seamlessly.
