In response to Resolution 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo and the directives of the General Secretary on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation, Vingroup has announced the launch of a large-scale practical AI talent training program for employees and professionals.
Trainees will receive free training and a monthly stipend of 8 million VND.
Vingroup’s practical AI talent training program is planned to run for 2 years, aiming to train 10,000–20,000 high-skilled AI professionals who can meet the practical demands of work and daily life.
The program is open to all individuals who meet the admission criteria, holding a university, college, or vocational degree in AI-related fields. Trainees will not only receive free training but also a monthly stipend of 8 million VND throughout the program.
Participants will undergo 12 weeks of combined theoretical and practical training to acquire hands-on skills, ensuring they are job-ready immediately after completion.
Through VinUni University and technology companies within its ecosystem, Vingroup will develop a streamlined, effective curriculum focused on practical applications and solving real-world problems. This ensures every trainee gains the essential skills to contribute meaningfully to society.
In addition to theoretical classes at VinUni University, trainees will gain practical experience through daily work at Vingroup’s technology companies. Outstanding performers will be selected for advanced training programs tailored for AI experts, engineers, and project leaders in specialized fields.
Upon completing advanced training, trainees may be formally recruited into Vingroup’s companies or pursue opportunities at leading domestic technology firms.
Through this initiative, Vingroup aims not only to recruit and enhance its workforce but also to contribute to Vietnam’s development by building a high-skilled AI talent pool.
The first cohort of Vingroup’s AI talent training program will begin enrollment from February 1 to 10, 2026, at VinUni University, with a maximum intake of 500 trainees. Classes will commence immediately afterward.
The program will expand continuously, targeting up to 20,000 trainees over the next 2 years.
