On the morning of yesterday, October 22, 2023, in a tourist area in Hoa Thang Commune, Bac Binh District, Binh Thuan Province, the largest kite festival in Vietnam with the theme “Wings of Dreams” was held, setting a Guinness record. The atmosphere was filled with excitement from the local people and tourists. On the sidelines of the festival, there were also dozens of supercars owned by wealthy individuals from Saigon and other provinces.

Among the lineup of cars, it was easy to notice that the majority of supercars belonged to Mr. Hoang Kim Khanh, a wealthy individual from Hai Duong who was also attempting to set the Guinness record for the largest kite in Vietnam. To promote the festival and make it widely known, Mr. Khanh and his friends, who share a passion for supercars, gathered together at the event.

This car enthusiast mobilized almost 8 of his extravagant cars, including the Lamborghini Aventador S LP740-4, Ferrari 488 Pista Spider, Ferrari SF90 Stradale, McLaren Senna, Aston Martin V8 Vantage, Porsche 911 Turbo S 992, Morgan Plus Six, Bentley Bentayga V8, and BMW 428i. The total value of Mr. Hoang Kim Khanh’s supercar collection alone exceeds 26 billion VND.

Other supercars from Mr. Khanh’s friends who also attended the event included the McLaren 720S Spider, McLaren 650S Spider, Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 Roadster, Lamborghini Huracan LP610-4, Lamborghini Huracan LP580-2, Ferrari F8 Tributo, Ferrari 488 GTB (more than 5 cars), Rolls-Royce Wraith, and many luxury sports cars.

The highlight of the supercar lineup was perhaps the limited edition McLaren Senna, one of only 500 produced. Additionally, there was Mr. Hoang Kim Khanh’s newly registered Ferrari SF90 Stradale with a special license plate, 51H-886.68.
