The new Tiguan was spotted on the streets of Slovenia, Europe. It seems that the 2024 Tiguan is in the process of shooting advertising photos in preparation for its upcoming global debut.

Although the images have low resolution, we can see that this is the sporty R-Line version of Tiguan. The front of the car stands out with large air intakes, accompanied by shiny chrome details and large, sporty wheels. Notably, the SUV features full-width LED lighting both at the front and rear, along with a silver roof rail.

The new generation Volkswagen Tiguan 2024 has a length of 4,551 mm, an increase of 32 mm compared to the previous generation, while still maintaining the same width and wheelbase of 2,681 mm.

Stepping into the new generation, the Volkswagen Tiguan is developed on an improved version of the MQB platform of its predecessor. In Europe, engine options for this model include the 1.5 eTSI petrol engine, 2.0 TSI petrol engine and 2.0 TDI diesel engine. All of them are equipped with mild-hybrid technology. In addition, the car is also offered with two eHybrid PHEV engine options for 2 power outputs of 201 horsepower and 268 horsepower, with a larger 18.5 kWh battery allowing the car to travel nearly 100 km in pure electric mode.

More detailed information about the all-new Volkswagen Tiguan 2024 will be provided in our upcoming articles.
