Honda Accord 2024 has been distributed in Thailand with 3 versions, accompanied by an expected price of around 1 – 1.2 billion VND. The car is equipped with a hybrid engine with a capacity of 207 horsepower.

Recently, Honda has officially introduced the new generation Accord in the Thai market. The car is distributed with 3 versions: E, EL, and RS. Although the specific prices of these versions have not been announced, Honda has stated that the E version of the Accord will have a price of less than 1.53 million Baht (around 1 billion VND), the EL version will not exceed 1.67 million Baht (1.1 billion VND), and the RS version will be less than 1.8 million Baht (1.2 billion VND).

Honda Accord 2024 is the 11th generation car, first launched in October last year in the US market. In terms of dimensions, the car has a length, width, and height of 4980 x 1862 x 1449 mm, along with a wheelbase of 2830 mm.

Similar to the new “brother” CR-V, the Honda Accord also applies the brand’s new design philosophy, emphasizing minimalism and practicality. The front of the car impresses with a large hexagonal grille with a fox-eye pattern. The headlight cluster is smaller than the previous generation and is connected to the front grille. At the back, the 2024 Accord has horizontal LED taillights, replacing the C-shaped design of the previous generation.

In the standard version, the car will have automatic on/off LED headlights, LED daytime running lights, LED taillights, power-adjustable/foldable rearview mirror, automatic wipers, shark fin antenna, and 17-inch alloy wheels. Meanwhile, the EL version is equipped with 18-inch wheels.

For the top-of-the-line RS version, the 2024 Accord is equipped with cornering headlights, sequential LED turn signals front/rear, and two silver-colored air vents on the front bumper. In addition, this version also has some changes in terms of appearance such as a red RS logo on the front grille or black glossy mirror covers and winglets.

Inside the cabin, the Honda Accord 2024 impresses with a 12.3-inch floating center control screen, supporting Apple CarPlay/Android Auto and software updates via WiFi. Other notable features on this sedan model include a 12-speaker Bose audio system, a 10.2-inch LCD dashboard, HUD display, smart key…The RS version of the car is supplemented with a card-type lock, active sound insulation technology, and a panoramic sunroof with electric sunshade control.

In addition, the new generation Accord is also equipped with the Honda Sensing safety technology package, including a range of advanced features such as driver attention warning, traffic sign recognition, surround monitoring screen, adaptive cruise control, lane keeping assist…From the EL version onwards, the car has an additional 4 front sensors, 4 rear sensors, and a multi-view camera system.

In terms of performance equipment, the Honda Accord 2024 sold in Thailand uses a hybrid engine, including a 2.0L Atkinson Cycle 4-cylinder petrol engine combined with 2 electric motors, producing a total capacity of 207 horsepower. It is combined with an e-CVT transmission and a lithium-ion battery pack.

Honda Thailand has now started accepting orders for the Accord 2024 and the first cars will be delivered to customers in October. After Thailand, this D-segment sedan will continue to be introduced in other Southeast Asian markets, including Vietnam.
