The law is always equal to everyone, whether it’s a regular car or a supercar. Decree No. 100/2019/ND-CP on administrative penalties for road and railway traffic violations clearly states the penalties for traffic law violations.

For example, if the driver of the Lamborghini supercar is speeding from 20-35 km/h on the HCM City – Long Thanh- Dau Giay highway, he or she will be fined at point a, clause 6, item 5 regarding “driving at a speed exceeding the prescribed limit by over 20 km/h up to 35 km/h, with a fine ranging from 6 million to 8 million VND.” In addition, the driver who violates at point a, clause 6, item 5 will also have his or her driver’s license suspended for a period of 2 to 4 months.

Furthermore, Team 6 also reported that the Lamborghini supercar did not have enough license plates. Specifically, according to the images posted on social media, the car only had a license plate on the rear, without one in the front. Therefore, the driver of the Lamborghini car will also be fined an amount ranging from 0.8 million to 1 million VND for this violation according to the provisions at Point c, Item 3 and Item 4, Article 16 of Decree 100/2019/ND-CP.
