After appearing at an event in Hanoi on November 26, recently, VinFast VF 7 was spotted again while on the move on the streets.

Prior to that, on November 21, the Vietnamese car manufacturer officially introduced the VF 7 electric SUV. This is the 6th intelligent electric SUV model, completing the range of VinFast’s electric SUVs, covering all segments from A to E.

The car has a length of 4,545 mm (wheelbase length of 2,840 mm), width of 1,890 mm, height of 1,635.75 mm and ground clearance of 190 mm.

VinFast VF 7 is distributed in two versions: Base and Plus. The car is designed in the “Asymmetric Aerospace” language by Torino Design (Italy), representing freedom, technology, trend and personality.

The front and rear of the car are highlighted by the distinctive LED strip of VinFast. The coupe-like swooping roof, large wheel arches, and 20-inch alloy wheels all contribute to a powerful and sporty look.

Regarding the interior, the cabin space of the VF 7 is designed with a focus on the driver, with highlights such as a large 12.9-inch touchscreen entertainment system, a head-up display (HUD), a unique D-cut steering wheel with two colors, and an elegant shift keypad like piano keys.

To increase personalization, the VF 7 offers 6 exterior colors and 2 interior colors to choose from, with the Plus version featuring two interior shades that are suitable for each individual’s personality, style, and preference. In addition, users can also choose the panoramic glass roof (Plus version) to bring a luxurious feeling and superior experience compared to the C segment.

Providing power for the VinFast VF 7 Eco version is an electric motor with a power output of 201 horsepower and a torque of 310 Nm combined with a front-wheel drive system. The Plus version uses an electric motor with a power output of 349 horsepower and a torque of 500 Nm combined with a four-wheel drive system. When fully charged with a 75.3 kWh battery pack, the operating range of the VinFast VF 7 Eco version reaches 450 km, while the figure for the Plus version is 431 km.

VinFast VF 7 is equipped with 8 airbags and active safety systems such as anti-lock braking system (ABS), electronic brake force distribution (EBD), emergency brake assist (BA), electronic stability control (ESC), traction control system (TCS), hill start assist (HSA), roll stability control (ROM).

VF 7 Plus is equipped with an advanced ADAS driving assistance system with 11 basic features and 15 advanced features. Features such as congestion assist, highway assist, remote parking assist, etc. will be updated free of charge by VinFast remotely in 2024.

According to the announcement, the listed price of the VF 7 is from 850 – 999 million VND (Base and Plus versions, excluding battery). Thanks to enjoying a 100% registration fee exemption, along with a 30 million VND discount (for pioneering customers who make a deposit before 24:00 on December 30, 2023), the on-road price of VF 7 is lower than the listed price.

Specifically, the on-road price of VF 7 Base is 842 million VND, the lowest in the C-SUV segment. With the Plus version, which offers twice the power and superior ADAS driving assistance system and intelligent features, the VF 7 has an on-road price starting from only 991 million VND.

According to the plan, VinFast will officially start accepting deposits for the VF 7 from 12:00 on December 2, 2023, at VinFast showrooms and dealers nationwide or via the website: https://reserve.vinfastauto.com/
