The reason she chose carstay is also because it is a camper van, which can carry a lot of things and is as convenient as a house. However, turning the idea into reality requires a lot of effort and determination, especially when this car is rare in Vietnam. As Hang shared, she and her friends had been searching for a long time but couldn’t find anyone selling it. Most car players of this line are collectors, and it’s very rare. There are only 15 cars like this in all parts of Vietnam.
“We were almost about to give up when luckily we met a car player who introduced us to another player who had two cars, and this car was just a shell. We had to beg her to sell it. That’s when the carstay journey began,” Hang said.

To realize dreamy adventure trips on the carstay, Hang and her friends also faced many challenges and funny stories: “It’s funny to look back on it. We designed the car together, rented someone to do the basic interior decorations, transferred the deposit, and the next day, that person disappeared, ran away with the money. We were heartbroken. Fortunately, we found someone who really liked our idea and helped us make the most meticulous and beautiful interior decorations for the car. The details inside the car were all made by the three of us, we made them by ourselves, from the fabric of the curtains, to buying each cup, vase…”
Indeed, “playing a classic car requires a lot of effort”. You have to truly love the car to be able to do it. Hang bought this car and made the interior decorations for about 1 billion VND, not to mention the warranty, maintenance, and minor repairs. “Because it is a classic car, it requires continuous care and maintenance. Playing a classic car will bring unexpected surprises on the road, but the most enjoyable thing is that if the car has any problems, just honk and all the car enthusiasts, even if they don’t know who I am, will enthusiastically help.”
As for the advantage, this car is extremely cute, and you can adjust the interior decorations. Hang shared that: “Although I really want to have enough bathrooms and toilets, the space is not enough. However, the space is extremely cozy, compact, and suitable for short trips”.
Therefore, the secret to choosing furniture for the carstay is to ensure that the living space is not cramped and still comfortable by choosing lightweight and foldable specialized tools for backpackers, which are beautiful and suitable for the car’s decor. “Water supply and drainage were things that we had to study very carefully, and in the end, we were really satisfied”.
