Recently, the paparazzi spotted Jeremy Clarkson, the former host of Top Gear, driving a vibrant lime green Lamborghini Huracan on the streets of London, UK. “Mr. Provocative” was driving the seemingly brand new supercar to a pre-arranged location with some friends to consider buying a classic Ferrari Pininfarina 275.

However, Clarkson parked the Lamborghini Huracan in the wrong spot and got a friendly tap on the shoulder from a traffic police officer. The famous TV personality known for his controversial remarks exchanged laughs with the traffic officer. In that moment, the officer recognized Clarkson and decided not to issue a ticket.

After spending 15 minutes examining the black classic Ferrari Pininfarina 275, Clarkson made the decision not to purchase it. Later, the former Top Gear star drove the Lamborghini Huracan with Italian plates back home. It turns out that he borrowed the car instead of buying it.

In the past week, the other two remaining hosts of Top Gear, Richard Hammond and James May, have also left the show. This is a consequence of the scandal involving Clarkson, who physically attacked a producer and was subsequently fired by the BBC.

In an interview with the Sunday Times, James May revealed that he had ordered a Ferrari 458 Speciale prior to Clarkson’s scandal. “I had placed the order for the last one. Therefore, I needed a job to pay for the Ferrari 458 Speciale that I ordered,” May said.

According to May, when the trio of former Top Gear hosts were about to renew their contracts for another 3 years with the BBC, he had ordered a Ferrari 458 Speciale worth £208,090, equivalent to $317,400. However, everything did not go as planned for May.

Meanwhile, Richard Hammond, the other remaining host, is feeling quite down after losing his job. To alleviate his boredom, Hammond decided to film himself driving his 1931 Lagonda and posted it on YouTube.

The future of the trio of former Top Gear hosts remains uncertain at this time.
