If part 4 of the movie Transformers: Age of Extinction can be considered a “disaster” for movie enthusiasts, at least the unique cars in the movie bring some interesting aspects. Of course, most attention will be given to the main “characters” like the 1969 Chevrolet Bumblebee Camaro, which will be auctioned off at the end of this month.

Although it is a vintage model, this Bumblebee Camaro carries a range of impressive modern equipment. Under the hood is a direct fuel injection V8 engine borrowed from its “sibling” Corvette, combined with a 6-speed manual transmission. There are no specific numbers about the engine, but clearly, the Corvette name ensures a remarkable power.

The suspension system is also 100% modified to the smallest detail, accompanied by high-performance Wilwood brakes, bringing impressive driving experience and safety. Meanwhile, most notably, the “wild” Nitto tires, aggressive and perfectly modified to match the overall look of the vintage Camaro. The body kit that helps the 4 massive wheels blend seamlessly with the Bumblebee Camaro is also made of carbon fiber to minimize weight gain.

But perhaps, other carbon details such as the engine cover or the hood hinge set from Eddie Motorsport brand are not as important as director Micheal Bay’s signature on the car. Currently, this famous director is also the owner of the Bumblebee Camaro 1969.
The interior also has a black and gold color scheme like the exterior.
