From January 13th to 14th, 2024, VnExpress newspaper is organizing the Vietnam Electric Vehicle Exhibition at Yen So Park, Hanoi.
Across the world, governments have been introducing regulations to transition from fossil fuel-based vehicles to electric vehicles such as hybrids and all-electric ones. This electrification trend has quickly spread to Vietnam and has been garnering increasing attention from consumers, especially given the worsening air quality.
In this context, as part of the Car Awards 2023, VnExpress is organizing the Vietnam Electric Vehicle Exhibition with the aim of providing users with the opportunity to access a variety of electric vehicle models available on the market, as well as to gain a deeper understanding of emission-reducing vehicle technologies.
The highlight of the exhibition is a dedicated space showcasing a range of electric vehicles and vehicle accessories from different brands currently selling electric vehicles in Vietnam. Noteworthy participants include VinFast with their pure electric vehicles ranging from VF 5 to VF 9; Hyundai with their Ioniq 5 electric vehicle, Santa Fe hybrid, and Genesis electric car chassis. Volvo, the only brand in Vietnam offering a full lineup of hybrid vehicles, will also be present with their XC90 T8 Recharge and XC60 T8 Recharge models. Nissan Kicks with its hybrid technology, where the electric motor is powered by a gasoline engine, will also bring many interesting features for visitors. New brands entering the electric vehicle market, such as Haval with the H6 hybrid and Haima with the 7X-E, are also participating in the exhibition.
In addition to showcasing electric vehicle models from leading brands pioneering the use of electric cars in Vietnam and worldwide, participants will also have the opportunity to test-drive notable models from VinFast, Volvo, Hyundai, Nissan, MG, and more.
Throughout the two-day Vietnam Electric Vehicle Exhibition, the brands will have a space to share and discuss the electrification topic, providing information, answering questions, and bringing electric vehicle products even closer to Vietnamese consumers.
