A South Vietnam sales consultant recently revealed the expected prices of two Lynk & Co models in the Vietnamese market.

Specifically, the Lynk & Co 01 is expected to cost over 1 billion VND, while the Lynk & Co 05 is expected to cost over 1.7 billion VND.

If these prices are true, the Lynk & Co 01 will be able to compete with segment rivals such as the Honda CR-V, Mazda CX-5, and Kia Sportage. Meanwhile, the Lynk & Co 05 currently does not have a direct competitor in Vietnam.

The Lynk & Co 01 is the smallest SUV in Lynk & Co’s Vietnam product range. The car measures 4,549 x 1,860 x 1,689 mm in length, width, and height respectively, with a wheelbase of 2,734 mm. The expected version to be sold in Vietnam is the 01 Hyper.

The Lynk & Co 01 comes equipped with many modern amenities such as a 12.8-inch touchscreen, an 8-speaker sound system, dual-zone automatic climate control, and an 8-way power-adjustable driver’s seat.

Providing power for the 01 Hyper is a 2.0L turbocharged engine with a power output of 218 horsepower and a torque of 325 Nm. It is paired with an 8-speed gearbox and front-wheel drive. The car also boasts several safety features, including active brake support, sign recognition, lane-keeping assist, adaptive cruise control, intelligent headlights, a 360-degree camera, rear collision sensors, and tire pressure sensors.

Meanwhile, the Lynk & Co 05 is a coupe SUV variant of the 01, with similar dimensions. The 05 model has a more sporty appearance with 20-inch wheels and slim 235/45R20 tires. The front lights are adaptive LED lights.

The cabin of the 05 model is more luxurious than the 01, featuring Nappa leather upholstery, a 12-way power-adjustable driver’s seat, an 8-way power-adjustable passenger seat, a 12.3-inch display behind the steering wheel, a 12.7-inch center touchscreen, a 10-speaker sound system, and wireless charging.

It is not clear what engine the Lynk & Co 05 in Vietnam will be equipped with. However, it is known that internationally, the car is equipped with a 2.0T engine that produces 254 horsepower and a maximum torque of 350 Nm. The engine is paired with AWD and features 4 driving modes with optimal fuel consumption and high performance.

Alongside the premium amenities, the highlight of the Lynk & Co 05 lies in its technology and safety features, including ABS brakes, parking assist, collision warning, electronic stability control, and various driver assistance sensors.
