VinFast officially announced on December 26th that it will participate in the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2024 for the 3rd time, taking place in the USA from January 9th to 12th in local time. Notably, the Vietnamese automaker will introduce a new concept car and officially launch the VF3, the DrgnFly electric bike, along with many other car and technology experiences at this exhibition.
CES is the world’s largest and most influential technology event, a prestigious destination for breakthrough technologies and creators from around the world. Let’s admire the impressive display booth and images of VinFast vehicles “making waves” throughout Las Vegas city (USA).
Information on CES 2024’s official website states that VinFast’s exhibition booth is located at booth 6417 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. The booth will be open to the public from January 9th to 12th.
According to the first images revealed, VinFast’s stage at CES this year has the theme “Venture Beyond.” In one corner of the stage is the VinFast VF9 appearing in an impressive Spiderman costume for the first time.
VinFast announced that the VF9 displayed at CES 2024 will be integrated with new online entertainment services and allow visitors to experience it directly. From the stage images, one can see that this unique technological feature is RideVu – an online streaming service developed by Sony for in-car infotainment systems, allowing users to buy or rent hundreds of movies and shows through the system. With this partnership, it is highly likely that VinFast owners in the USA will be the first to use the latest service from Sony.
Currently, the latest concept car from VinFast has not been revealed yet, but with the initial images that the company has teased, many people speculate that this “mysterious factor” will be an all-electric pickup truck. This prediction is reasonable because North America is the most potential market for electric pickup trucks in the world, and the Vietnamese electric car manufacturer has a reason to introduce a new car model to the public at CES 2024 for the first time.
The compact electric SUV model VF3 is also a highly anticipated model as VinFast officially launches it globally at CES 2024. As a practical electric car model with an expected affordable price, VF3 is expected to attract a lot of attention in the North American market and even become the “national electric car” in many markets.
At this exhibition, visitors will have the opportunity to test drive VinFast electric cars, especially the newcomer DrgnFly electric bike. This bike model has been present at CES 2023 and exhibition events in Vietnam as a concept product. Currently, VinFast’s test drive area near Caesars Palace – the luxury shopping destination in “the city that never sleeps” Las Vegas – is ready. Here, visitors can experience VF8 and VF9 cars, as well as the flesh-and-bone DrgnFly bikes.
DrgnFly features a unique design with a playful style, resembling BMX mountain bikes, combined with many modern features such as LED headlights that can adjust light beam height, front/rear disc brakes, adjustable front fork suspension stiffness, an accompanying display screen with a custom assist mode switch for electric assistance.
