It has been 1 week since 2024 started, and there have been some new developments such as the arrival of unique cars in the country, as well as some car enthusiasts making plans for themselves this year. Among them, businessman Nguyen Quoc Cuong, also known as Cuong “Dola,” has some exciting plans for 2024, which he recently shared on social media.

Specifically, in the photo of the first car of this year, the husband of Dam Thu Trang posted a picture taken with the Porsche 911 Sport Classic 2023 manual transmission sports car on a coastal road with the caption “This year, I will try to travel more than last year because the more I travel, the more I learn.

In the planned journey for 2024, Cuong “Dola” will have an interesting driving experience from Ho Chi Minh City to 16 countries with various terrains including plains, mountains, deserts before reaching the final destination, Stuttgart, a city located in the southern part of Germany and the capital of the state of Baden Württemberg, where Porsche has its headquarters. This journey is intended to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the Porsche 911 sports car. The estimated distance of this journey is 35,000 km, and he will bring 2 Porsche cars to participate, with the highlight being the Porsche 911 Sport Classic.

Last year, Cuong “Dola” also shared his plan to drive the limited-edition Porsche 911 Sport Classic, aiming to reach 100,000 km. If he takes part in the journey from Saigon to Europe, this car will reach nearly 50,000 km.

In addition to the Porsche 911 Sport Classic 2023, Cuong “Dola” also has a beautiful convertible supercar, the Ferrari SF90 Spider, in his garage. Besides these cars, there are other models such as the Bentley Continental GT V8 70th Anniversary Edition, the new Range Rover, the 2022 Mercedes-Maybach S450…

The Porsche 911 Sport Classic 2023 of Cuong “Dola” is numbered 1.202/1.250 and features the number 82 painted on both sides of the car with a white circle as a highlight. This number represents the birthdate of Dam Thu Trang, Cuong’s husband, February 12, 1982, which is a very interesting numerical play. The official price of the Porsche 911 Sport Classic 2023 in Vietnam starts from VND 19.22 billion.

The limited-edition Porsche 911 Sport Classic that Cuong “Dola” plans to take on a trip from Saigon to Europe this year is equipped with a 6-cylinder engine with a capacity of 3.8 liters, twin-turbocharged, producing a maximum power of 542 horsepower and a maximum torque of 600 Nm.

With a 7-speed manual transmission and rear-wheel drive, thanks to these specifications, Cuong “Dola” can easily accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.1 seconds before reaching a top speed of 315 km/h.
