In the Vietnamese market, the Lexus LX is considered a symbol of power thanks to its bold design, powerful performance, and unparalleled passenger comfort.

After enjoying a successful 14-year run with its third generation LX570, Lexus has recently introduced an entirely new fourth-generation model, marking the next chapter in the brand’s development journey. The Lexus LX600 retains the superior qualities of its predecessor while incorporating modern elements and advanced technologies to maintain its position as a market leader.

Modern Design Updated to Reflect Current Trends

Thanks to its enhanced body shape, the all-new Lexus LX600 is more muscular and impressive than ever before. The overall dimensions of the car have been increased in terms of length, width, and lowering, creating a powerful and agile presence on the road.

In specific, the dimensions of the Lexus LX600 are as follows (LxWxH mm): 5,100 x 1,990 x 1,865 mm. The wheelbase length remains the same at 2,850 mm, while the ground clearance can be flexibly adjusted to four different levels, reaching a maximum of 205 mm.

In terms of design, the front of the Lexus LX600 features the characteristic spindle-shaped grille, which has been updated with a sleek, seamless style and features seven bright color bars, creating a modern and vibrant appearance.

The car’s muscular bonnet adds to its bold visual presence. The main headlights are positioned high, and the Blade Scan intelligent lighting technology ensures superior illumination without dazzling other road users.

The body of the car features sharp lines, reminiscent of the muscular ridges of a bodybuilder. The 22-inch wheels, with their 5-spoke design and angular wheel arches, give the LX600 an even more athletic appearance than before.

At the rear, the Lexus LX600 is equipped with completely redesigned brake lights, featuring a modern LED graphic. The high-placed bumper with strong, square lines and the concealed exhaust system add sophistication, complemented by a smart trunk with integrated hands-free opening.

Stepping inside, the interior of the Lexus LX600 greets the driver with the Tazuna concept – an ergonomic design concept imbued with strong Japanese style – ensuring that driving the full-size SUV feels smooth and refined, akin to holding the reins of a well-trained steed.

The Lexus LX600 boasts a rich array of convenience features. The car is equipped with four main displays at the front, including a 12.3-inch entertainment center screen featuring convenient fingerprint recognition capable of storing preferences for up to 10 users. A 7-inch screen is positioned just below for passengers to intuitively monitor and adjust features and parameters.

Behind the steering wheel, an 8-inch TFT screen is integrated into the instrument cluster, complemented by a head-up display (HUD) on the windshield for the driver’s convenience. Even the rearview mirror features a display screen connected to a rearview camera.

The car’s interior is adorned with a customizable ambient lighting system featuring 64 modes. Surrounding the car are up to 25 Mark Levinson speakers, delivering a high-quality entertainment sound experience. Additional convenience features include a door closer system, 4-zone independent automatic air conditioning, an electric sunroof, and 2-layer UV, noise, and heat-resistant glass.

Complete Versions to Cater to Diverse Needs

Marking the first time that the Lexus luxury brand has introduced all three versions of the LX600 to the Vietnamese market, the all-new fourth-generation model aims to meet the specific usage needs and preferences of different customer groups.

Notable among the versions is the Lexus LX600 VIP, which features a 2-row seating arrangement with four seats and a center armrest positioned between the rear seats. This version of the LX600 prioritizes owner comfort and is equipped with a comprehensive range of technologies, including electric seat position and reclining adjustments, as well as various integrated massage modes.

Rear passengers can enjoy entertainment through two large 11.6-inch screens integrated into the front headrests. A control screen on the armrest is used to manage seat functions, entertainment features, relaxation massage modes, and adjust seat movements.

Furthermore, the rear seats of the LX600 VIP version are equipped with adjustable reading lights, air conditioner vents designed like faucets, and the ability to adjust the position of the front seats to provide up to 1.1 meters of legroom exclusively for rear passengers.

On the other hand, the Lexus LX600 F SPORT version appeals to customers seeking a sporty driving experience. This version features a 2-row seating arrangement and incorporates the F SPORT exterior package, which includes special design details such as the grille, front and rear bumper, wheels, side logos, and air intakes.

The LX600 F SPORT’s interior is equipped with a steering wheel, door sills, shift lever, sports seats, and a display interface featuring a speedometer with the distinctive speed characteristic of the F SPORT version. Notably, this version uses Hadori gray aluminum instead of Shimamoku Black wood for the interior trim.

While the powertrain and suspension systems of the car have been fine-tuned to enhance performance, providing a different experience for enthusiasts, they still share the same engine and chassis platform as their sister versions.

Additionally, the Lexus LX600 Urban version features a 3-row seating arrangement and can comfortably accommodate seven adults during long journeys. The design of this version is optimized to provide ample space for passengers. The third-row seats can be electrically adjusted and tilted up to 10 degrees, allowing for more flexible storage space behind for belongings.

Durability, Impressive Performance, and Intelligent Functions Make the Difference

Perhaps in the world of cars, the Lexus LX or its sibling, the Land Cruiser, are the most popular luxury SUVs for off-road driving. This is relatively rare among vehicles in the luxury segment. To build upon this reputation, the Lexus LX has earned customer trust through its ruggedness and reliability.

Moving into its fourth generation, the LX600 has been completely ‘overhauled’ by Japanese engineers in order to provide a modern driving experience while retaining the timeless elements of durability and reliability.

At the heart of the Lexus LX600 is a V6 engine with a capacity of 3.5L, integrated with a twin-turbo system, capable of delivering a maximum power output of 509 HP and 650 Nm of torque – surpassing the performance of the previous generation’s V8 engine.

Building upon the all-new GA-F platform, the body of the car has been engineered to be 20% stiffer, yet 200 kg lighter compared to its predecessor. The engine has been moved 70 mm backward and lowered by 28 mm to lower the car’s center of gravity, ensuring stable operation despite the increased overall size.

Featuring an air suspension system, the Lexus LX600 includes the AHC height control feature, offering four levels of adjustable body height: Low, Normal, High 1, and High 2. In off-road mode, the Lexus LX600 is capable of water fording up to 700 mm.

The adaptive AVS suspension system utilizes a double front wishbone and multi-link rear suspension, providing multi-point support (linked rigid axle). The positioning of the rear shock absorber outside the suspension system optimizes load absorption performance.

The MTS intelligent automatic off-road operation system allows the driver to customize six operation modes based on specific conditions, including MTS Auto, Off-Road, Sand, Mud, Snow, and Rock Terrain.

Furthermore, the soundproofing capabilities of the LX600 are exceptional. Sound-absorbing materials have been added throughout the car, including door corners, inner door surfaces, the ceiling, and the engine compartment partition. The floor is equipped with three layers of sound insulation padding. The car also features double-layered, noise-proof, and UV-resistant glass. The front windshield boasts additional heat insulation.

Introduced in 2022, the Lexus LX600 embraces technology while reflecting the latest trends in the luxury car world. It incorporates a range of cutting-edge intelligent features.
