The luxury and super luxury segments are currently being dominated by the SUV segment, along with large vans that have been modified. However, when it comes to the highest level of luxury, nothing beats a limousine. And when it comes to luxury, Rolls-Royce or Bentley are the epitome, exuding distinctive British luxury.
The upcoming Calumet Collection auction features a variety of classic limousines from renowned brands such as Cadillac, Lincoln, and Ford – a must-have for any vintage car collector.
But stealing the show are the 11 Rolls-Royce and Bentley classic limousines set to be showcased at the auction, organized by RM Sotheby.
The registered vehicles include a 1923 Rolls-Royce Silver Ghost Salamanca, a 1952 Silver Wraith, 1967 and 1972 Phantom Limousines, an 1987 Camargue Convertible, a special edition 1989 Silver Spirit Emperor State Landaulet, a Park Ward 1001, and the latest addition, the 2019 Year of the Dragon edition Phantom EWB. These luxurious cars start at a minimum price of $80,000 each.
Among the Bentley models, the most expensive is expected to be the 1947 Mark VI, followed by the Turbo RL Empress Coupe 1991 and the Continental SC 2000.
