Kawasaki has recently announced that the Ninja 7 Hybrid will be the first large-displacement motorcycle in the world to feature a hybrid engine. This groundbreaking technology combines gasoline and electric power, and the Ninja 7 Hybrid will be produced commercially in large quantities.

With a silver and black color scheme and Kawasaki’s signature green accents on the lower fairing, the Ninja 7 Hybrid has a stunning design that is sure to turn heads.

The Ninja 7 Hybrid shares a similar design to the Ninja 650 but with refined details to accommodate the hybrid powertrain. It also features a state-of-the-art TFT digital display that can seamlessly connect to smartphones, providing riders with a truly modern experience.

Powering the Kawasaki Ninja 7 Hybrid is a 451cc twin-cylinder gasoline engine combined with an electric motor, resulting in a total output of 69 horsepower. This power output rivals that of large-displacement motorcycles in the over/under 700cc segment, while offering fuel efficiency comparable to a 250cc model.

Kawasaki has also incorporated an exciting feature called e-Boost, which enhances the acceleration capability of the Ninja 7 Hybrid. With this feature activated, the bike’s performance is on par with that of a 1,000cc motorcycle. Riders can choose from three different riding modes: Sport-Hybrid, Eco-Hybrid, and EV2.

The hybrid engine of the Ninja 7 Hybrid is equipped with Start/Stop technology, further enhancing its fuel efficiency. The bike also offers the convenience of selecting between automatic AT or manual MT transmission. Kawasaki plans to release the Ninja 7 Hybrid in early 2024, with the official price to be announced at a later date.
