The discounted price of the Klara S with the Lithium B1 battery is indeed very appealing. Positioned as a mid-range electric motorcycle within the brand, the Klara S has an original price of nearly 40 million VND. However, with the current discount, it is available for just 19.95 million VND. This price is even lower than the entry-level electric motorcycle in VinFast’s lineup, the EVO 200, which is priced at 22 million VND. Additionally, with the battery price also being halved, the overall cost of owning and “fueling” the vehicle becomes even more attractive.
VinFast Klara S, initially launched in Vietnam in 2022, is now available internally with a discount, bringing the price down to nearly 20 million VND.
VinFast Klara S is equipped with a one-way brushless motor from Bosch, featuring a rated power of 1,200W and a maximum power of 1,700W. This allows the motorcycle to achieve a top speed of 48 km/h. Klara S also belongs to the new generation of intelligent electric motorcycle models by VinFast and is equipped with 2 LG Chem lithium batteries, each with a capacity of 22Ah. With a full charge, the vehicle can travel up to 120 km at an average speed of 30 km/h.
The electric motor and battery system of the vehicle are both equipped with IP57 waterproof technology, allowing it to withstand water immersion for up to 30 minutes at a depth of 0.5 meters. This means users can confidently ride in the rain or cross flooded roads without worrying about damaging the vehicle.
In addition, VinFast Klara S is equipped with a pair of Nissin disc brakes sourced from Japan. Furthermore, the body frame is designed to provide robustness and a certain level of stiffness.
