Introducing the New Vespa Primavera and Sprint S Models: A Blend of Design and Technology
The Piaggio Group recently unveiled the latest versions of the Vespa Primavera and Sprint S models at the EICMA 2023 exhibition in Milan. This release marks a significant leap ahead for Vespa as it brings not only new color options but also enhanced design and technology.
The new Vespa Primavera and Sprint S 2024 models have undergone a makeover, resulting in a smaller and lighter design compared to their predecessors. Both models are built entirely with steel and share many components. However, they differ in terms of design and color choices. The updated versions feature new rims, handles, and front mud flaps.
The Vespa Primavera 2024 comes in three variations: Primavera, Primavera Tech, and Elettrica. This model showcases chrome accents on certain details and is equipped with a 5-spoke cast wheel, ensuring a luxurious and elegant appearance. The 150 cc version of the Vespa Primavera 2024 features a round LED headlight and a 5-inch TFT screen.
The Vespa Sprint S 2024 model offers two versions: Sprint S and Sprint S Elettrica. It boasts a distinctive hexagonal LED headlight and a 6-spoke wheel. Additionally, the front and rear mudguards of the Vespa Sprint S 2024 come with orange-black accents, giving the bike a sportier feel.
In Europe, the Vespa Primavera and Sprint S 2024 models are available with three engine options: 50cc, 125cc, and 150cc. These engines are all 3-valve SOHC, air-cooled, and compliant with Euro 5+ emission regulations.
Significantly, these two models also come in electric versions, utilizing the cutting-edge technology from Vespa Elettrica. Detailed technical specifications for the electric powertrain have not been fully disclosed by Vespa at this time.
