What Happened to Phan Thanh’s Mercedes-Maybach S450 4Matic After 5 Years?
Despite the excitement of owning a car worth over 7 billion VND, it is possible that the Mercedes-Maybach S450 4Matic, purchased in 2018, is no longer present in the Phan family’s garage with the license plate 51G-675.55. It is believed that Phan Hoang’s elder brother sold the car.
Specifically, on the afternoon of February 7, 2023, many car dealers surprised netizens by posting the sale of Phan Thanh’s Mercedes-Maybach S450 4Matic, accompanied by confirmation that the car previously belonged to him. The posted images were taken in the garage of the Phan Hoang siblings’ family.
The images shared by the person selling the Mercedes-Maybach S450 4Matic with the license plate 51G-675.55 revealed that the car has covered a distance of 31,102 km. This means that, on average, Phan Thanh drove this car nearly 7,000 km per year (from September 2018 to February 2023).
The Specifications of Phan Thanh’s Mercedes-Maybach S450 4Matic
The previously owned Mercedes-Maybach S450 4Matic, which belonged to Phan Thanh, features a white exterior with stunning highlights such as the front grille, front bumper, side sills, and dual exhaust pipes, all finished in shiny chrome. Inside the luxurious cabin of this car, the seats are upholstered in cream-colored leather. The car is equipped with Multibeam LED headlights, and the front bumper and air intakes have been redesigned compared to the Mercedes-Maybach S400 4Matic.

This older model of the Mercedes-Maybach S450 4Matic is equipped with a V6 twin-turbo petrol engine with a displacement of 3.0 liters. It produces a maximum power of 367 horsepower and a peak torque of 500 Nm. Power is distributed to all four wheels through a 9-speed automatic transmission, allowing the 2018 Mercedes-Maybach S450 to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 5.9 seconds, with a top speed of 250 km/h.
