KindelAuto, a Youtube channel, recently caught sight of the prototype of the Kia Sorento Facelift during a test drive, giving us a sneak peek into the interior of this model for the first time. The Sorento facelift will come equipped with a new large curved screen, similar to the ones we have seen in the latest Kia models, serving as a digital instrument cluster and infotainment screen.

Following the design language of the Kia EV9, the new Kia Sorento will be the first model to do so. Expect significant changes at the front, with vertically placed headlights reminiscent of its larger sibling. The car will also receive a new grille design and a redesigned front bumper.

The lighting graphics of the taillights appear to receive updates, while the rear bumper is completely concealed, making it difficult to spot any potential upgrades.

In addition to the new curved screen, the interior is expected to undergo significant upgrades. Anticipate improvements in the safety system, new interior trim materials, and a new steering wheel.

The car’s powertrain is expected to remain the same as the current version, but it will be refined for enhanced fuel efficiency and lower emissions.
