If recent upgrades of Hyundai products are generally not much different from significant changes, this time the Korean carmaker seems to be quite conservative when it comes to the Hyundai Tucson Facelift. Based on the latest leaked images, the upgraded version of the Tucson looks strikingly similar to the Santa Cruz.

Accordingly, the car will feature a bold grille that bears resemblance to the grille on the Santa Cruz model. In addition, the headlights and front bumper have been redesigned with a sportier style.

At the rear, we can expect that the rear bumper will undergo a redesign and the taillights will receive an update. There are currently many opinions hoping that Hyundai will remove the fang-like taillight arrangement seen on the current version.

Inside the cabin of the Hyundai Tucson Facelift, I anticipate that most of the equipment and features will remain similar to the current version, with the exception of the decorative accents and new interior trim materials. The current Hyundai Tucson is already equipped with a variety of premium features, including a 10.25-inch touch screen entertainment system, over 60 connectivity features, ventilated and heated seats, panoramic sunroof, premium Bose sound system, wireless phone charging, and Hyundai SmartSense with level 2 ADAS.

As for the powertrain, the Hyundai Tucson will have different engine options depending on the market. There is speculation among experts that there may be changes in the transmission options with the facelift version of the Tucson.
