Photographer Mathieu Bonnevie has recently captured a stunning photoshoot with the main character being the Porsche 930 Turbo 3.0.

For many car enthusiasts, the name Porsche 930 Turbo 3.0 may be quite unfamiliar. In fact, this is the highest-end variant in the first generation Porsche 911 lineup.

The Porsche 930 Turbo 3.0 was launched during the oil crisis and at the time the German government imposed speed limits on cars.

At that time, the Porsche 930 Turbo 3.0 was the fastest production car in Germany and focused solely on performance.

The Porsche 930 Turbo 3.0 is equipped with a 3.0-liter turbocharged engine producing a maximum power of 260 horsepower.

The car can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 5.5 seconds and from 0-200 km/h in 20.1 seconds. The top speed of the Porsche 930 Turbo 3.0 is 246 km/h.

In 1978, Porsche made some significant changes to the 930. First, the engine displacement was increased from 3.0 liters to 3.3 liters.

Then, the engine received a new cooling system.

These changes increased the engine power to 300 horsepower. The new power allowed the Porsche 930 to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 5.4 seconds and reach a top speed of 261 km/h.

By now, the 1977 Porsche 930 Turbo 3.0 is almost 40 years old.

The technical structures on the Porsche 930 Turbo 3.0 are outdated but the car in the photoshoot still impresses with its beautiful silver paint.
