The special license plate 30K-599.99 was auctioned off by a Vietnamese auction company on September 25th, between 8-9 AM. The winning bid for this license plate reached an impressive 1.79 billion VND.
The proud owner of this license plate has now affixed it to a brand new generation Porsche 911 Carrera S sports car, specifically the 992 model. It is worth noting that the Porsche 911 Carrera S has a starting price listed from 8.5 billion VND. Considering all the taxes, options, and the exclusive license plate, the total value of this car would not be any less than 12 billion VND.
This Porsche 911 Carrera S flaunts an elegant gray exterior, paired with a sporty rear spoiler that adds to its allure on the road.
Under the hood, this car is powered by a 3.0-liter, 6-cylinder twin-turbocharged engine that delivers an impressive 385 horsepower. The 2023 Porsche 911 Carrera S now accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.7 seconds before reaching a top speed of 308 km/h.
Complementing the engine is a 7-speed manual transmission. However, customers also have the option to choose an 8-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission and all-wheel drive.
In this new generation, the Porsche 911 Carrera S is equipped with Wet Mode, an innovative feature that enhances stability on slippery roads. The wheels are equipped with sensors that detect wet surfaces, providing valuable data for the car’s stability control system.
