After traveling for 3 months from Vietnam to Mongolia, many people are eager to know the current condition of Mr. Hai Phong’s Porsche 911 Dakar 2023 supercar.
To answer this question, the owner of the first official Porsche 911 Dakar 2023 in Vietnam recently showcased the car for everyone to admire.
Sharing on his personal page, he stated: “The maintenance check went well. It’s just a little dirty.” From the post, it is evident that after covering nearly 35,000 km, from Vietnam to China, through the Gobi Desert, and across various terrains including snow-covered roads, mountains, and water crossings, this Porsche 911 Dakar has proven its durability without encountering any issues.
Owned by Mr. Hai Phong, this Porsche 911 Dakar 2023 is the first officially imported Porsche 911 in Vietnam and one of the 2,500 cars produced globally. This German masterpiece arrived in Vietnam in August and has been personalized as per the owner’s preferences, including a signature on the door sill, additional rollover protection, roof rack, front LED light bar, and other off-road accessories.
Under the hood, the Porsche 911 Dakar houses a 3.0L 6-cylinder boxer engine generating 473 horsepower and 570 Nm of torque. It is coupled with an 8-speed PDK automatic gearbox and an AWD drivetrain. With this power, the car can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.4 seconds and achieve a top speed of 240 km/h.
