The Hyundai Santa Fe, a popular SUV model, has recently made its debut in the Southeast Asian market, specifically in the Philippines. After its initial release in South Korea a few months ago, the Philippines is the next country to welcome the all-new 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe.
The event that unveiled the new Santa Fe in the Philippines took place on December 13, 2023. Hyundai showcased two models of the 2024 Santa Fe at the event, both painted in eye-catching colors: Ocado Green and Terracotta Orange.
This latest generation of the Hyundai Santa Fe is slightly larger than its predecessor, boasting dimensions of 4,830 x 1,900 x 1,780 mm in length, width, and height, respectively. The wheelbase has also seen an increase, measuring 2,815 mm. Compared to the previous generation, the car is 46 mm longer and 35 mm taller, with a 48 mm longer wheelbase. However, the width remains the same.

Not only has the size increased, but the new Santa Fe has also undergone a complete design transformation. It features a more square and unique exterior style. Standout design elements of the 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe include high hood lines, distinctive “H” LED headlights and taillights, a horizontally positioned daytime running LED strip, and angular mudguards. However, the design aspect that has sparked the most controversy is the rear tailgate, which possesses a wide and upright design.

It features a new steering wheel design, similar to the one found in the Hyundai Grandeur. The electronic gear lever is located at the back, adding a touch of modernity. The dashboard houses a curved screen, which integrates a digital instrument cluster and a 12.3-inch touchscreen. Another noteworthy feature is the comfortable leather seats and the interior ambient lighting system that can change colors.
