Ford has confirmed that it will officially introduce the all-new Everest V6 Platinum to Southeast Asian customers in March 2024.
This version is launched to commemorate 2 years since the new generation Everest model was introduced in Thailand.
Currently, Ford has not shared much information about this new version. It is known that this new version will come with standard 21-inch alloy wheels, and the car’s interior will feature 12 Bang & Olufsen speakers.
The Ford Everest V6 Platinum will be powered by a 3.0L V6 turbocharged diesel engine, producing a maximum power of 250 horsepower and a torque of 600 Nm. It will be paired with a 10-speed automatic SelectShift transmission and 2-wheel drive.
Aside from the different engine, it is highly likely that the Ford Everest V6 Platinum will have similar equipment to the previous Platinum version. The car will still feature a prominent chrome grille, mirrors, door handles, and side steps.
In terms of the interior, the cabin of the Ford Everest V6 Platinum will undoubtedly have modern features such as a large 12-inch vertical screen, wireless phone charging, leather-wrapped gear lever, and electric handbrake.
The front seats of the car will be upholstered with premium leather and come with features such as heating, ventilation, and 10-way power adjustment. This new version will also be equipped with additional airbags between the 2 front seats to provide optimal protection for passengers in case of an unfortunate impact.
