A 6-speed automatic transmission is the standard equipment for this generation of the Sorento. It is worth noting that the diesel version of the 2014 Sorento is priced 50-80 million VND higher than the gasoline version, making the gasoline version more appealing to customers with limited financial resources who still desire a spacious 7-seater car.
