Audi has recently introduced an upgraded mid-life facelift for its luxury SUV model, the Q7.
The vehicle still comes in two versions, the regular version and the high-performance SQ7. The regular version is divided into four variants: S line, Black Edition, Launch Edition, and Vorsprung. In this upgrade, the Audi Q7 has seen many improvements both in its exterior and interior.
Specifically, this is the first time that the Q7 is equipped with LED Matrix headlights inherited from the Q6 e-tron. These headlights can be upgraded with laser diodes to display different daytime running light patterns through the infotainment screen.
In the high-end Vorsprung version, the vehicle also features advanced HD Matrix LED headlights, which maximize lighting capabilities.
At the rear of the vehicle, OLED taillights are designed to provide four different lighting styles, depending on the user’s preference.
In addition to the new lighting system, the Audi Q7 2024 has also undergone a redesign of the front bumper, giving it a more sporty and distinctive look. The wheels also offer five options with diameters ranging from 20 inches to 22 inches (depending on the version).
The Audi Q7 2024 also introduces three new exterior color options: Ascari Blue, Sakhir Gold, and Chili Red.
In this mid-life facelift, the Audi Q7 2024 is equipped with standard adaptive air suspension. The higher-end versions will have a four-wheel steering system.
As for the interior, the overall layout of the dashboard remains unchanged. However, some features inside the vehicle have been upgraded. The Q7 now comes with a touchscreen display integrated with the latest infotainment system from Audi. Users can now seamlessly experience third-party apps such as Spotify and Amazon Music.
The Audi Virtual Cockpit digital instrument cluster in the Q7 has also been improved, providing the most detailed and clear information about traffic and active safety features ADAS.
Providing power to the Audi Q7 2024 are two engine options: a turbocharged TFSI 3.0 V6 gasoline engine with 335 horsepower and a TDI 3.0 diesel engine with either 227 or 282 horsepower.
Meanwhile, the high-performance SQ7 is equipped with a 4.0 V8 engine producing 500 horsepower and a maximum torque of 770 Nm, allowing it to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 4.1 seconds.
The Audi Q7 2024 will initially be available for sale in Europe starting from March. Afterward, the new model will be distributed to other markets.
In the UK, the Q7 2024 will have a price ranging from $83,500 to $141,000 (equivalent to 2.06 – 3.44 billion VND).
