The latest video of the Porsche Panamera 2024 shows that this luxury coupe model has the ability to bounce like some Mercedes-Benz luxury models.

Porsche Panamera 2024 was launched in late November 2023 but has not yet officially gone on sale. Although the company has released basic information about the car, including a list of interior equipment and some new technologies, there are still some secrets, such as engine specifications and suspension systems. Recently, Porsche posted a video on Instagram revealing the new generation Panamera could be equipped with the most advanced and complex suspension system to date.

The Instagram post from the Zuffenhausen brand shows that the third-generation Panamera is capable of performing all types of horizontal and vertical movements quite flexibly when the car is stationary. This is similar to the Free Driving Assist feature found in some high-end Mercedes-Benz products like the GLE or GLS, which is used to assist the car in getting out of stuck situations, such as sand or mud. However, this short video appears to be CGI, so it is unclear whether this feature will be available on the commercial version of the Panamera.

Earlier, Porsche revealed that the 2024 Panamera is equipped with a standard two-chamber air suspension system with new valves, capable of absorbing even the smallest vibrations to provide a comfortable and smooth ride. However, the aforementioned video is likely to advertise a higher-end suspension system than the Porsche Active Ride, which is exclusive to the Panamera 2024 E-Hybrid. This system not only helps stabilize the car but can also automatically adjust the ground clearance (raising/lowering 5.5 cm) based on driving conditions.

According to the plan, the Panamera 2024 will be produced at Porsche’s factory in Leipzig, Germany. The company has already started accepting deposits for this model in the US, with a starting price of $99,900 for the standard version, while the Panamera 4 is priced at $106,900. The price of the Turbo E-Hybrid version has not yet been disclosed.
