The Ford Territory made its official debut in Vietnam at the end of 2022. This model marks Ford’s comeback in the C-segment crossover segment in Vietnam. Throughout 2023, the Ford Territory recorded positive monthly sales, especially in the fourth quarter, setting retail records in November and December with sales of 1,066 and 1,148 units, respectively. After over a year in the market, the Ford Territory has achieved sales of over 10,000 units.
“The C-segment crossover segment is a high-potential and highly competitive segment. Reaching the 10,000 unit milestone for the Territory is a strong motivation for the Ford Vietnam team to continue improving product quality and services to meet the increasingly high standards set by customers,” shared Mr. Ruchik Shah, General Director of Ford Vietnam.
The Territory is a global product of Ford, developed and designed at the company’s studio in Australia. This product is the result of a global design team and is assembled domestically at the Ford Hai Duong plant.
The strength of the Ford Territory lies in its strong and modern overall design, spacious interior, and full range of safety features and intelligent driver assistance. The car is equipped with features such as LED headlights, dual-zone air conditioning with fine dust filtration function, rear seat ventilation, seat cooling function, panoramic sunroof, wireless smartphone charging and connectivity.

In addition, it has a 7-speed dual wet-clutch transmission that is quick, precise, and has high transmission efficiency, helping to save fuel and increase safety.
The “heart” of the Ford Territory is a 1.5L EcoBoost 4-cylinder turbocharged gasoline engine, producing a maximum power of 160 horsepower and a maximum torque of 248 Nm. In addition to the 7-speed wet dual-clutch automatic transmission, the car also uses front-wheel drive (FWD).
