The Rolls-Royce Spectre is the brand’s first all-electric luxury coupe with a power output of 584 horsepower and a range of 530 km on a single charge.
When it comes to billionaire Minh “Plastics,” many people will immediately think of his collection of luxury cars, supercars, and sports cars worth hundreds of billions of Vietnamese dong. Among them, he has owned 3 Rolls-Royce models: Phantom, Ghost, and Cullinan.
Recently, the plastic tycoon has caused a stir on social media by sharing a post related to the Rolls-Royce Spectre. It is unclear whether this is the car waiting to be handed over to billionaire Minh “Plastics” or not.
Previously, on January 12, Rolls-Royce officially introduced the Spectre to the Vietnamese market, with a price starting from 17.9 billion VND. This is the first electric car in the 120-year history of the luxury car brand from the UK.
The design of the Rolls-Royce Spectre is heavily inspired by the Wraith and Phantom, but it looks wider and lower, creating a superior sporty feeling.
Powering the Rolls-Royce Spectre is an electric motor with a maximum power output of 430 kW (about 576 horsepower) and a maximum torque of 900 Nm. Thanks to that, the car can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.5 seconds. According to the CLTC test cycle in China, the car can travel 585 km on a full charge. Meanwhile, according to the EPA test cycle in the US, the Spectre has an operating range of 515 km.
In addition, the Rolls-Royce Spectre is equipped with fast-charging technology that can charge the battery from 10 to 80% in 34 minutes when using a 195 kW DC charger. If in a hurry, users can charge enough energy for a 100 km journey in just 9 minutes.
